Nobake Oatmeal Monkey Cookies

Oatmeal Monkey

2 Bananas
1 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
4 tablespoons Raw Honey
1 Cup Almonds
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Blend Almonds into a powder.
Add Oatmeal, Bananas,  Honey, Almonds, Vanilla Extract
Blend
Take spoonfuls out and put on tray
Place in freezer for 3 hours

Chocolate Oatmeal Monkey Cookies

2 Bananas
1 Cup
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
5 tablespoons Raw Honey
1 Cup Almonds
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Raw Cacao Powder

Blend Almonds into a powder.
Add Oatmeal, Bananas,  Honey, Almonds, Vanilla Extract, Raw Cacao Powder
Blend
Take spoonfuls out and put on tray
Place in freezer for 3 hours

Sweet Potato Latkes (Pancakes) with Apple Sauce

2 Pounds Sweet Potatoes
4 Eggs
1 Cup Almonds
4 Tablespoons Raw Honey
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil

3 Apples
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Raw Honey

Heat Large Frying Pan on Medium
Add Coconut Oil
Shred Sweet Potatoes
Blend Almonds into a powder
Mix Sweet Potatoes, Almonds, Eggs, Cinnamon and Honey together

Take a spoonful of mixture and put it in the pan and flatten
Repeat process
After several minutes flip and cook other side
Add Coconut Oil as needed

Apple Sauce
Remove Cores
Cut up and place in food processor
Add Honey and Cinnamon
Blend

Add Sauce on top of pancakes or to the side

Holiday Smoothie

A friend of mine has been asking me to come out with a green smoothie.  I make some kind of smoothie every day and decided that this one would be something that not only tastes great and is a little bit different but also goes with the upcoming holidays.

3 Raw Eggs
Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
Handful of Spinach
1/2 Cup of Pineapple
1/2 Cup of Cranberries
1 Tablespoon of Raw Honey
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Fruit And Nut Bar

1 Cup Almonds
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
2 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1 Cup Fresh Coconut
1 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Goji Berries
1.5 Cups Dates
1.5 Cups Apricots
3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

Pre-heat oven to 300
Blend Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Flax Seed, Pumpkin Seeds, Coconut, Oats, Goji Berries together.   Add Dates,
Apricots, Raw Honey, Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, Eggs and blend until it is a paste.

Cover Baking Pan with Coconut Oil.  Add paste.  Place in oven.  Cook for 45 minutes.
