Shrimp and Sea bass burritos

1 pound of shrimp
1 pound of sea bass filets
1 can of black beans
1 red onion
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
1 Frozen Lemon
2 avocados
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/4 large tomato
8 brown rice tortillas (Gluten Free)

Preheat oven to 450.  Put Olive Oil in baking pan.  Place Sea Bass in pan and cover with sea salt, pepper and grate lemon (including peel) over it.  Bake for 20 minutes.
Place Olive Oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Cut up 1/2 red onion and saute for 5 minutes.  Add shrimp and cover with black pepper and sea salt.  Grate lemon over shrimp.
Remove skin from avocados and remove pit.  Place in bowl.  Cut up tomatoes and 1/4 of the red onion and add them to avocado.  Add sea salt and black pepper and lime juice. Mix it up with a fork.  Put black beans in small pot and heat on medium heat.  Cook for 7 minutes.  Place tortillas in over for 5 minutes to warm up.
Place 3 or 4 shrimp or tortilla.  Break up the Sea Bass and put some on tortilla.  Add guacamole and black beans.  Roll it up.

Sweet Apple Cider Vinegar Chicken

chicken apple cider vinegar

2 Chicken Breasts
1/2 Pint of Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Medium Red Onion
1 Jalapeño
1 Garlic Clove
1 Teaspoon Rosemary
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Sea Salt to Taste
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Raw Honey

Heat Frying Pan on low to medium heat.  Add Olive Oil.
Crush Garlic.  Dice Onions, Tomatoes, Jalapeno. Slice Chicken into bite size pieces.
Add Garlic and Onions to frying pan.  After 5 minutes add chicken, tomatoes and spinach.
Sprinkle with Rosemary, Black Pepper, Salt.
Add Vinegar
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir Raw Honey in after you finish cooking.

Almond Milk

 

Want to make your own Almond Milk?  Try out this recipe and keep the almond pulp so that you can use it for another recipe.

Almond Milk
1 Cup Almonds
4 Cups Distilled Water
2 Tablespoons Raw Honey
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Soak almonds in water overnight.  Just enough water to cover almonds.
Drain water and wash off almonds
Remove skin from almonds.  You can just pinch it off.
Put almonds in blender with 4 cups of water.
Blend until smooth.  It will be a couple minutes.
Place Cheese Cloth over strainer and strainer over bowl.
Empty blender into strainer.
Cheese Cloth will trap almond pulp. (you can use pulp for other things)
Put almond milk into blender
Add Honey, Vanilla Extract and Cinnamon

Almond Coconut Honey Chicken

Almond Coconut Honey Chicken
Pre-heat oven to 400
4 Chicken Breasts – Cut them into bite size pieces
4 TBS of Raw Honey
1 TBS of Cinnamon

Take 1 Cup of Almonds blend them in a food processor.
Take 1 Cup of fresh coconut blend it into the almonds
Take chicken put in container and coat with Raw Honey and sprinkle Cinnamon over it. Mix it together to make sure that they are completely covered
Pour Almonds and Coconut over them and shake up.
spread chicken out in a metal tray. Take any left over almonds and coconut from other container and put on top of the chicken.
Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until completely cooked at 400 in oven
