Sautéed Chicken with Fennel


3 Chicken Breasts, 2 Fennel Bulbs, 1/2  an onion, 1 garlic clove, 8 asparagus spears, 2 tomatoes, 1 sweet potatoes, Black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, Olive Oil

Cut chicken into bite size pieces
Cut up Onion
Cut up Fennel
Cut up garlic
Cut up asparagus
Cut up Tomatoes
Slice Sweet potatoes into thin slices
Pre-heat skillet on medium
add olive oil to skillet
add onions, garlic, sweet potatoes, Fennel, Asparagus, Tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes
Add chicken, grind desired amount of black pepper, add cumin. Cook for 15 minutes and stir frequently
